Yosemite

Compared to Yosemite all other parks are like that park on the corner of your street with 2 trees, a swing and a small hill that takes you 10 steps to walk up. If you have never gone to Yosemite, then go. Stop whatever it is you are going (you must be looking at this page so you couldn't have been engaged in anything important anyway) and go. If you have gone there then go again (unless you worry about environmental impact, in which case you should go again anyway).

Right: This is part of lower Yosemite Falls. It takes about 5 minutes to walk here from the parking lot maximizing you coolness/effort ratio.

Vernal Falls in Summer

A beach house; Actual size=240 pixels wide

Above: This a the view of Yosemite Valley. If you have never seen Yosemite before I recommend driving around the valley first before you decide to investigate a specific area further.

Left: Vernal Falls is a nice afternoon hike from the valley floor. The top of the falls has a rewarding view and a nice lake.

These photographs, of couse, are nothing compared to the master.
